Curriculum Manager

ESI International, is currently seeking a Curriculum Manager with knowledge and experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and adult learning methodologies.

Primary emphasis is on managing the development and maintenance of course materials for classroom based, instructor led training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Course Development and Mantainance

Manage the development and maintenance process for a range of course development efforts- new, public, and client-customized
Conduct course development needs assessments
Ensure that instructional design of course materials is of the highest quality and meets client needs and expectations

Project Management

Assess, document, and track project requirements
Manage course development projects through all phases of the project life cycle
Manage the work of outside contractors
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years experience developing adult education/training courses or relevant work experience
Minimum four-year college degree or relevant work experience, Master's degree preferred
Knowledge of and experience in applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD)Methodology
Exceptional business communication skills- oral and written, as well as effective negotiation and facilitation skills
Curriculum development experience
Ability to successfully manage relationships with subject matter experts, contractors and instructors
Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project
