Counterintelligence Instructor (254277)

Lockheed Martin Information Technology- Professional Services is looking for an Instructor to design, develop, and present comprehensive classes on joint doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for Counterintelligence (CI) support to joint military operations. Canddiate will serve in a joint assignment with direct oversight of counterintelligence activities within a combined or multinational environment. In this role the Instructor will conduct needs assessments to enhance learning objectives, syllabi, and goals for long-term course development. Additional responsibilities include authoring white papers, electronic milestones/timelines, and concepts of operations to coordinate development status, course additions, and changes. Will author Joint Counterintelligence video scripts for use with computer-based video training tools and develop scenarios for practical exercise. This is a full-time position located at Joint Counterintelligence Training Agency (JCITA) in Elkridge, MD. May be required to travel overseas to conduct Mobile Training Teams. REQUIREMENTS
US citizen with a DoD security clearance (selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information). This position requires aminimum of 10 years related Staff Level experience. Requires demonstrated expertise in one of the four counterintelligence disciplines (Analysis and Production, Investigations, Operations, or Collections) and an understanding of the relationship of the remaining disciplines. Education: Bachelors degree (Ten yrs experience may substitute for degree with customer approval).
