Qualifications: Board of Corrections approved; POST approved. One or more of the following: Baton Instructor, Firearms Instructor, and Tear Gas Instructor certification, by state, federal, or local agency and Possession of instructor license from Consumer Affairs, Dept of Justice for: side handle baton, firearms, and tear gas. AA/AS degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in a correctional facility. EOE
