Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS
In this position, you will coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of CME activities, you will also publish a calendar of CME events, prepare annual reports for MSNJ and set up meetings for the Department of Medicine. You will insure that detailed documentation is maintained in compliance with MSNJ's accreditation requirements and standards. You will interpret new Medical Society of New Jersey standards and communicate the rules and regulations to the Medical Education Committee. This position is responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with all ACCME and MSNJ continuing medical education standards and guidelines. Also, will secure grants from pharmaceutical companies and other sources to support CME activities and prepare flyers, evaluations etc. for Department of Medicine, Pediatric and OB/GYN Grand Rounds.

The ideal candidate will possess focused attention to detail, strong computer and project management skills, experience as a CME Coordinator, BA/BS preferred. Must have the ability to multi-task and work with stringent deadlines.
