Community Life Skills Instructor, 3 positions available
$13.03-$15.64/hr; 15-18 hrs/wk (on call)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree plus two years experience OR any combination of education and years of related experience totaling six (6) years working with challenged adults. Hold and maintain CT Drivers/Public Service License, Medication Certification, CNA preferred.

This position is responsible for the one-to-one companionship, socialization, and program case management of mentally challenged older adults in a community Day Program. Instructors design outings and activities to meet the needs of their clients and ensure that the activities are enjoyed in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Must have and understanding of and compassion for the needs of mentally challenged adults.
Location: New London County


Education Manager
$14.84/hr; 35 hrs/wk; 52 wks/yr
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field plus three years related work experience in a licensed facility, which includes supervisory and administrative experience.
Location: Norwich
