Coyne American Institute seeks Full or Part-time Communications Electricians to teach Electronic Systems Technician courses for its 330 North Green Street Campus in Chicago.

Job Description:
Instructor to teach entry level courses for Electronic Systems Technician program days and evenings.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years documentable experience installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and/or maintaining electronic systems in commercial and/or residential buildings. Categories of systems include:
Entertainment: audio, video, multimedia, home/corporate theater
Communications: telephone, paging, intercoms, and public address
Access Control:door entry systems
Lighting: control systems for indoor, outdoor, and specialty lighting
Fiber optics theory and termination techniques a must.

Preferences:
Ideal candidates will have formal classroom training experience, corporate or institutional, in addition to the required technical proficiencies. Training experience with new or entry level personnel is an additional asset.
