REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a MSN, Florida RN license and CPR/ACLS training and specialty certification. BCLS/ACLS instructor certification is preferred. 4 years experience in Mother/Infant care, interpersonal skills, ability to teach the adult learner on all levels, critical thinking, preceptor/mentor, leadership, information services and customer service skills are required. Case Management, Quality management and research skills are preferred.
