The Manager of Client Services / Outside Sales Person will be responsible for:

1) uncovering customer needs

2) formulating specific solutions to meet a client’s individual IT requirements

3) managing accounts through the entire sales process


Job Duties:
Ability to analyze client environment’s including existing business, IT processes, and related technology
Manage accounts through the entire sales process from prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and moving opportunities through contract negotiation and signing
Develop account plans, manage account forecasts, and coordinate available resources
Maintain relationships with small to mid-sized business owners
Monitor and resolve all aspects of customer satisfaction
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets and meeting lead generation goals
Sell our services and projects by converting prospects into clients
Ensure that new clients understand our mission and our values
Self-directed continuous improvement of sales and technical knowledge


REQUIREMENTS
Degree from 4-year college (business degree preferred)
A minimum of 2 years experience in a professional services environment
Experience in Information Technology field is a plus
Outside sales or solution selling experience in the SMB marketplace
Proven ability to develop a referral base to generate SMB leads
Very high energy level
Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
Good planning and problem solving skills
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
Ability to work under general supervision
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
