Responsibilities will include:
Assistance with hiring Caregivers
Management responsibility for Caregivers
Maintenance of all staffing schedules
Design and Implementation of a Daily Activities Schedule for the children


REQUIREMENTS



Qualified Candidates will have at least one year of leadership experience in organized child care, will have earned a high school diploma, will provide three references of character and performance in the workplace, and will submit to all necessary drug screen and criminal background checks.
