A Center Director position in Seattle is now available. This center is in the heart of downtown Seattle, located in the IDX Tower. Director responsibilities:
•Fostering an environment that allows children, their families, and the faculty to develop to their full potential
•Program operation that exceeds National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) criteria and incorporates Bright Horizons Family Solutions’ mission, organizational goals, values, philosophies and policies
•Fiscal management of the center
•Developing positive relationships with parents, children, and families
•Delegating responsibilities as is appropriate
•Reviewing important decisions with the Regional Manager

•College Degree in Early Childhood or related field
•3-5 Years of experience
•Proven experience in customer service, fiscal management, marketing, verbal and written communication
