Director is responsible for:

* Fostering an environment that allows children, their families, and the faculty to develop to their full potential
* Program operation that exceeds National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) criteria and incorporates Bright Horizons Family Solutions’ mission, organizational goals, values, philosophies and policies
* Fiscal management of the center
developing positive relationships with parents, children, and families
* Delegating responsibilities as is appropriate
* Reviewing important decisions with the Regional Manager

* 3 –5 years experience managing a large center or multiple sites
* Proven experience in customer service, fiscal management, marketing, verbal and written communication
* Ability to hire and retain a quality staff
* BA in ECE or related field and at least 6 years experience in the field of fulltime childcare
* Experience with NAEYC accreditation
