CI Analysis Instructors (325530)

Lockheed Martin Information Technology - Professional Services is seeking two Counterintelligence (CI) Analysis Instructors for the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA). The selected candidates will: develop and conduct intelligence analytical training using state-of-the-art data mining and visualization technologies; conduct specialized training for the CI analytical community; effectively train intelligence analysts in direct support of CI missions; assist JCITA personnel with the integration of new tools and technology into the CI Community through user and manager-level training; support tool and analytical methodology development through training feedback of classroom instruction and exercise experience; and develop a unique working and training relationship with all CI- related intelligence agencies/organizations. These are full-time positions located in Elkridge, Maryland. Estimate CONUS/OCONUS travel once per calendar quarter. Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and education - negotiable. REQUIREMENTS: U.S. citizen with a current Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility (TS/SCI); a minimum of 10 years experience in Intelligence Analysis (including analysis in support of CI-related activities); skills relating to intelligence architecture, as well as exposure to many intelligence-related software tools (Analyst's Notebook, AMHS, Pathfinder, Portico, Cornerstone), are highly desired; must have experience in classroom development and instruction. Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/ combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
