CAREER SERVICE MANAGER
(Must have Career Services experience - 75% travel-No relocation required)

Work with the Corporate Director of Career Services to provide oversight of the Career Service's aspect of the 40 plus schools/colleges/universities in our system.

Responsibilities:
Provide corporate support to the Directors of Career Services in the areas of tracking placement statistics, training and motivating staff to meet goals, the identification and communication of new methods for improving our placement rates, and other duties as assigned by the Corporate Director of Career Services.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree a plus.
A minimum of 5 years experience as a manager in a business environment.
Strong background in Career Services in a higher education environment and or business and industry.
Excellent project management, motivational and communication skills are critical to success in this position.
Experience with the use of technology related to the field of Career Services and in the tracking of placement statistics would be a plus.

Travel will play a large role in this position.
