Business Analyst

Direct Hire Position, Downtown Baltimore.

This professional provides analysis, interpretation and understanding of the business requirements for technical solutions in the areas of:
Test Development, Test Delivery, Scheduling Systems, Site Software and Data Management. This analyst, operating within the Software Development LifeCycle framework, will capture and solidify the business and functional requirements, create additional documentation as appropriate, create the functional specifications, participate in design reviews, develop use cases, and user acceptance testing plans.
REQUIREMENTS
4 - 5+ years of proven requirements gathering and business requirements writing, functional specifications writing, and use case development experience is required. Work samples are required.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of C++, BizTalk, Visual Basic, .NET is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is mandatory
- Background in education/testing industry is a plus
