Bi-lingual Sales Support Specialist - Asia / Latin America

Position Summary

Under the general direction from the International Director of Admissions, this position will be responsible for the follow-up and administrative duties that support the international admissions sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requests high school/college transcripts and applicable test scores (unofficial & official) from schools located within the US, US territories, Canada and internationally for all international applicants generated by assigned international admission’s team.

Ensures all documentation received are translated (to English) according to university/international department guidelines. Assists with student testing, collection of financial documentation, registration and student enrollment

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills


* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Minimum of one year of sales/account management experience
preferred.
* Knowledge of and/or experience in international market
preferred.
* Bi-lingual; fluency in languages to support Countries in Asia
or Latin America required.
* Strong attention to detail required.
* Good organizational skills with strong ability to multitask.
* Strong PC skills including MS Office, Oracle-based CRM
systems and internet research required.
* Excellent customer service and written, verbal and telephone
communication skills required.
