Bethany Homes Manager of Education - RN Full Time Days (Exempt) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, determining training needs for nursing staff and coordinating the availability of this education; develops education plan for the year. Coordinates staff registration in continuing education opportunities outside Bethany Homes. Organizes skills training of CNAs, CMAs and nurses, as appropriate. Oversees orientation of all nursing employees. Maintains policy and procedure manuals. Assists with form and process development. Oversees and coordinates education for CNA mentor programs. Coordinates clinical experiences with area colleges. Requirements: Current ND RN nurse licensure required; excellent communication and leadership skills; strong organizational and critical thinking skills, a high level of competency, previous experience in a related field preferred.
