BRAND MANAGER/PRODUCT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:Position is responsible for driving the operational performance of specific educational programs, including leading efforts to increase student retention and improve customer service. This position is an integral member of the brand team responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow and service students. Responsibility also includes closely monitoring and driving business analysis, market research, and performance analysis as well leading collaborative efforts throughout program development, launch and delivery cycles to assure effective program performance, meeting established qualitative and quantitative standards. Specifics include:
1.Drive operational performance across assigned programmatic areasa.Reporting and analyzing results & trends
b.Developing and executing initiatives to increase performance
c.Student retention performance
d.Marketing and admissions performance
e.Competitiveness
2.Conduct market research to develop marketing plans, business strategies and program positioning
3.Identify trends and drivers, competitive analysis, program development and go-to market strategy (sizing, pricing, marketing, distribution…..) leading to new program offerings and improved service levels.4.Assists in the development of program building ideas and works with others to execute plans that meet investment and growth criteria. Manage and drive product management and service improvement projects with internal and external resources to achieve results.
5.Manages program rollouts & revisions including scheduling, budgeting, phase reviews, reporting status, recovery plans, etc.
6.Documents existing processes and recommends new processes leading to improved quality and on-time delivery.
COMPENSATION:
·Base $90,000 plus·Minimum 10% bonus

REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:·Minimum of 8 years progressive management experience in one or more of the following: Program Development for Education and/or Services, Program/Product Marketing, Finance and Operations
·Experience in building or creating businesses in a professional services industry (non-tangible in nature), direct to consumer; online environment experience a plus.
·Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations, as well as marketing)
·Knowledge of marketing, including marketing research, market sizing, pricing, communications and product launch processes.
·Financial acumen including ability to read, understand and produce product income statements, return on investment analysis, budgets and net-present value analysis
·Operational experience including scheduling, procurement and quality control.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:·Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
