Responsibilities:

• Fostering an environment that allows children, their families, and the faculty to develop to their full potential • Program operation that exceeds National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) criteria and incorporates Bright Horizons Family Solutions’ mission, organizational goals, values, philosophies and policies • Fiscal management of the center • Developing positive relationships with parents, children, and families • Delegating responsibilities as is appropriate • Reviewing important decisions with the Regional Manager

• Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education is required • NJ certification in Early Childhood is required • Experience as a program administrator in program accredited by NAEYC is preferred • Minimum of 5 years of Director experience is required • Proven experience in customer service, fiscal management, marketing, verbal and written communication • Ability to hire and retain a quality staf
