SEARCH RE-OPENED. Indiana Business College, Medical Campus, a leader in private, post-secondary education, is currently seeking a creative, dedicated individual to fill a management role created by internal promotion. This person will serve as an Assistant to the Director of Education for our Medical campus in Indianapolis. We teach a variety of skills at the Associate degree level such as Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, Medical Lab Tech, and Medical Coding. This is an afternoon and evening full time supervisory position with benefits and it is on a 4.5 days per week schedule. It requires a work schedule from mid-day until 10:15 PM nightly.
Applicants must possess knowledge of education field, teaching techniques, teacher training, and student motivational methods. We have a preference for candidates with knowledge of the healthcare field or a related industry. Applicants must have a 4 year degree with significant experience, or a Masters degree. Candidates must demonstrate a history of work experience in instruction, training adults, and management experience. Superior computer skills in Word and Excel are a minimum. A candidate must have the ability and desire to interact with a diverse student population of adult and traditional learners. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle multiple tasks, to work in a fast paced environment, to provide superior customer service, and to provide motivational leadership to the faculty.
