Assistant Director - KinderCare - Milpitas


In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Center Director to ensure the center is operated in accordance with company policies and procedures and complies with state licensing standards by fostering an educational, nurturing and safe environment in which children are encouraged to reach their full potential.


Successful candidates will have a BA in Early Childhood Education and meet DSS requirements for Infant/Preschool/School-Age childcare center. At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Teacher in a successful childcare center is required, as well as the ability to affect positive growth in employees, P&L experience, a valid driver's license and excellent customer service skills.
