As the Assistant Director, you'll be responsible for the development and administration of various Human Resources related programs and policies. Just as importantly, you'll be an integral part of a team working to assure that our most valuable resource has the support needed to be successful.

REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or closely related field (Required).

• Five years of HR management experience (Required).

• Excellent communications skills and a desire to help others (Required).

• Other preferences: PHR/SPHR certification, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft.
