USDSU in Sioux Falls invites applications for the Assistant Director of
Academic Coordination. Responsibilities of this position include
coordinating the delivery of academic programs from our partner
universities, providing academic support to student advisors, faculty,
and staff, assisting with the implementation of academic policies and
procedures, as well as preparing and interpreting academic reports. The
Assistant Director will help resolve student academic issues and
concerns, coordinate faculty development and assessment, and work to
increase organizational effectiveness.
This position requires a master~s degree in Education or a related field
with an earned doctorate in Education preferred. Experience in
university teaching, adult learning, distance education, advising, or
education administration is required. This individual must have
effective communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational
skills, and a record of successful team membership. Salary from $42,000
to $55,000 dependent on qualifications. Review of applications will
