The position is located in Northbrook, IL

The purpose of the department is to analyze, develop and implement programs and projects to support field organization in driving business results

The scope of this job is to design, develop and maintain education materials to support established agencies business processes, applications and technology.

The individual will be responsible for

1. Developing, reviewing, and updating education design documentation and education materials.
2. Establishing, maintaining and managing internal and external vendor relationships.
3. Acting as subject matter expert representing Agency Distribution in education planned for delivery to agencies.
4. Interacting with business partners to understand requirements, identify & resolve issues.
5. Establish and manage projects and providing status escalating issues as required.

REQUIREMENTS
The skills required are:

1. Advanced - Instructional Design
2. Intermediate - Online and eLearning training development
3. Intermediate - Project Management
4. Advanced - Oral & Written Communication Skills

Experience Required:
4-5 years in Instructional design and development

Computer Proficiency:
Must have a strong command of the Microsoft Suite of products including Microsoft Project and Front Page/HTML skills desired. Experience with CBT training delivery & e-Learning applications not required, but a plus.

Education:
College Degree - Preferred
Major preference: Minimum BS in Education or Instructional Design (Masters Preferred)
