Admissions Reps-- Inside Sales

New England Technical Institute, a leading provider of technical and skilled trades education, is looking for high energy sales people for a challenging opportunity in inside sales at Lincoln Technical Institute campus in Hamden, CT. We need a self-starter who can work with little or no supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for closers, with an ability to listen, ask great questions, and make meaningful and qualitative presentations. A flexible schedule and belief in the value of career-oriented education is essential. Must be able to work some nights and weekends. If you are not self-motivated, driven to exceed expectations and willing to work hard, do not bother to apply. You will work directly with the Director of Admissions and:
· Meet or exceed monthly start budgets.
· Compile and generate reports

Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not necessary
· Strong telephone and communication skills necessary
· Experience in recruiting or previous staffing agency experience a plus
· Strong interpersonal and sales skills
· Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
