In partnership with a leading school of design located in the Chicago Loop we are currently conducting a search for an Admissions Representative. The successful candidate will effectively market the school to its target audience, manage the presentation of accurate information, and assist perspective students and parents through the admissions process. This is a contract to hire position for which the salary will range from $35,000-40,000.

Job duties include:
·Represent the school to interested students by accurately communicating details of academic, creative, and social environments
·Work effectively with the Admissions department to meet school-set goals for applications, interviews, visits, and enrollment
·Schedule appointments with perspective students and families to orient them with the school and guide them through the application process
·Explain the breakdown of financial expenses to applicants and parents and discuss the various payment options
·Aggressively maintain lines of communication with perspective students, offering helpful information to all of their questions.
·Track progress of accepted students to ensure that they are prepared to enroll at start of semester
·Throughout admissions season, maintain extensive knowledge of all aspect of school programs
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements include:
·Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
·1 year Sales and cold calling experience
·Proven written and oral communication skills
·Past performance of effectively meeting department goals
·Proven ability to work professionally with others internal and external to the school
·An innate desire to help others achieve their personal goals
