Department: Care Coordination
Schedule: Full Time 80 hrs per pay
Shift: Evening Shift
Hours: 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; weekdays/rotate weekends

- Customer service skills are required
Must hold valid Illinois professional registered nurse license. Requires 3-5 years med/ surg or telemetry nursing experience. Certification in BLS required. Must have excellent assessment skills, be self-directed, and must be able to interact well with all levels of the health care team.
Job: Provides admission assessment for patients admitted through the Emergency Department and/ or Admitting Department.
