Admissions Director/Referral Manager
Extendicare Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Referral Manager for the Maison Aine, a 150-bed skilled nursing facility. This individual must have long term care experience.
Responsibilities include:
*Will provide leadership to the Facility Marketing Team in scheduling and
delivering effective sales presentations to referral source agencies and
professionals.
*Will manage actual inquiries and referrals to assure timely admission and
continuity of care.
*Will have a good understanding of information-gathering and reimbursement
processes that are associated with in-patient admissions.
