Active Directory Administrator/Enterprise IT Manager

PBS&J, a National Architecture/ Engineering firm is seeking a candidate with 5 years or more experience working with Active Directory Versions 2000 or 2003 to manage our Active Directory Environment. Specifically, we are looking for a candidate who desires the opportunity use their leadership and technical skills to create and implement new business solutions with Active Directory on an enterprise level
Responsibilities include:
•Evaluate and recommend system requirements for Windows 2000/2003/XP (client and server), Exchange 2000/2003, Active Directory, Oracle, SQL, IIS, Storage Area Networks (SAN), LAN/WAN, Integrated Development Environments, scripting, and all relevant utilities within the client/server systems environment to achieve the most efficient mix to produce maximum cost-effective utilization of IT resources.
•Provide technical leadership with regard to client/server systems as to how future and current requirements could impact the enterprise and how it can be exploited for the benefit of the company.
•Collaborate with Technology Strategy groups in meeting their responsibilities with regards to project management, operations of the infrastructure, and the implementation of new technology.
•Work closely with Technology Strategy groups to develop project plans for software and infrastructure strategies to satisfy customer information requirements.
• Provide periodic reports to appropriate management and customers on the status of workflow during all phases of activity. Report deviations to management in a timely manner and complete other assignments as requested by management

REQUIREMENTS
Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years working with Active Directory versions 2000 or 2003 Experience in using Active Directory or LDAP for application security Experience with .Net a plus Solid scripting experience with VBS, WSH, WMI, and ADSI needed. Windows 2000 / 2003 Active Directory administration
Candidates with experience working in Automotive, Aerospace or other engineering driven industries are highly preferred.
