Account Executive

New Listing as of 9/15/2006. Please reply by 10/1/2006.We are looking for account executives to call on elementary, middle, and high schools in the area to help raise money for their sport and activity accounts. We specifically work with high school football coaches, girls athletics, middle school coaches, and elementary and middle school principals. Our accounts are residual and have a 90% resign rate. Our business is about relationships. Service is our number one goal, and we strive to be the best fundraising option available in the area. Our schools raise over 3 million dollars annually, and we need account execs to help facilitate this. All account executives work on a draw vs. commission. Rep can expect to make 30-80K in income and resign 90% of their business. Second and third year reps typically double their income from year one and two. Our schedule is very similar to a coach's or teacher's time line. When schools are in, we are in. Our summers are very flexible and there are plenty of holidays. Our Account reps know when to work and when to play. Lifestyle is very important to us as we strive to build a company based around family, fun, and chemistry. We have an exciting promotions program that pays our reps back for doing a great job. Annual incentive trips for rep and spouse. We need someone with self discipline, drive, and vision. A person who knows what they want and the will to go get it. All sales reps office from home and are not micro-managed. We teach you about the business, give you all the support and training you need, and expect you to give us an honest effort. We want someone who knows what it takes to be successful and doesn't need anyone to get them excited about getting out of bed in the morning. This opportunity is about proving your self worth.
