Set, and achieve, the highest standards in retail execution. Provide our customers with great customer service. Complete maintenance of Vitamin/Herb department. Order product from vendors using DVO and order guides. Stocking. Maintain full, and well merchandised department. Control spoilage and sampling. Training of Team Members. Achieve required margin targets. Support goals and visions of Team Leader. Support all regional and national programs and policies. Create exciting endcaps and displays featuring national and regional promotions. Work a minimum of one closing shift per week, as well as one weekend day per week. Work all inventories as required, and monitor inventory levels and purchase journals. Meet all accounting deadlines. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Written action plan. Self motivated, with the desire to grow. Excellent customer service skills and standards. Excellent merchandising skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational skills. High standards of excellence. Flexible schedule, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Proven team player. Basic math and computer skills. Able to lift 40 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods of time.
