Job Purpose Statement:
The Warehouse Team Member fills orders via picking product in a frozen warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurately picked orders, meeting set pick target rates per hour, and ensuring product integrity and quality standards are met throughout the pick process.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform all required procedures and documentation in a safe and efficient manner to maintain the highest quality finished product for our customers.

Work closely with sales to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ability to learn inventory and tracking systems, including computerized systems.

Mechanical ability and understanding is required, including current knowledge or ability to learn general warehouse equipment (forklift, loaders, etc.).

Maintain performance expectations with respect to key performance metrics and Identify opportunities to improve the Warehouse operations.

Accurately and efficiently pick finished product in warehouse onto customer racks.

Communicate with upstream and downstream operations to maintain product flow and prevent distribution disruptions.

Maintain housekeeping.
