Silpada Designs is the original and fastest-growing jewelry Home Show company in the United States whose primary focus is offering a unique collection of .925 Sterling Silver Jewelry. Silpada Designs' Jewelry is sold exclusively by our 15,000+ Independent Representatives throughout all 50 states.

Since launching in 1997, the Silpada Designs headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas has grown to over 300 employees. We are currently seeking the following Warehouse Team Leaders:

Order Fulfillment Team Leader:
Develop, communicate, and maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a pick/pack environment
Maintain standardization of each station and team's production processes
Provide written assessments
Conduct counseling sessions with employees
Communicate daily goals and expectations to the department and individuals
Understanding of split case order fulfillment techniques

Receiving Team Leader:
Sorts inbound jewelry shipments and determines expedite status
Sorts supplies and other items to preferred locations for additional processing. Matches available PO receiving document with item packing list or delivery receipt. Ensures that non-jewelry receipt/packages are processed and forwarded to the appropriate recipient in a timely manner
Determines labor needs based on quantity of packages received. Assigns sufficient resources to process new receipts with 24 hour window
Resolves both jewelry and supply item PO receipt discrepancies
Assists in the receipt of both jewelry and supply items in WMS
Interviews, trains, and develops new employees
Inventories, orders, and stocks all Receiving Department supplies
Ability to supervise up to 8 workers


The Silpada Story as told by our Founders
Every woman has a story to tell and we feel very fortunate to have this opportunity to share our personal story with so many others. Our start came from just being friends, a couple of moms, who both happen to really love jewelry – especially fine Sterling Silver Jewelry.

We first met when the oldest of each of our three children started first grade. Fatefully, we had both signed up to be room mothers and immediately became the best of friends. After chatting about how we could earn a little extra cash, we tried a few new business ideas. We had a lot of fun, but it wasn’t until we each took $25 from our grocery fund and pursued our passion for Sterling Silver Jewelry that we really began to love our “jobs.” We started designing our own jewelry creations and hosting what we called “A Fun Ladies’ Night out Playing Dress-up with Jewelry!”™ Quickly, one party led to another, and, it wasn’t long before Hostesses and Customers began telling us, “You look like you are having so much fun. We wish we could have your jobs!”

So in 1997, after hundreds of successful parties, we began our journey and Silpada Designs was born. We created an exclusive line of Silpada Designs Sterling Silver Jewelry and our very first Silpada Designs Catalog. Friends and Customers became independent Silpada Designs Representatives, and we realized our dream of running our own business.

Today, there are thousands of independent Representatives across the nation chasing their dreams. We're happy to say that our basement-born business is helping to bring each of their dreams to life. Our story goes to show that with a little passion and a sincere desire to help others, anything is possible.
