GSI COMMERCE, state-of-the-art fulfillment centers in Kentucky are currently hiring 6 Warehouse Supervisors in the Shepherdsville and Louisville area. Monday – Thursday 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Tuesday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday – Sunday 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Saturday – Monday 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Monday 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:Supervise up to 30+ warehouse associates in a fast pace distribution center that includes a peak season. Oversee, review and monitor the work of team members ranging from pickers, packers, shippers, receivers and giftwrappers. Ensure accuracy, high performance and quality for the workforce.
Minimum of 3-5 year supervisory experience in distribution, fulfillment and/or a pick/pack operation where a rapid work environment is part of the norm. Able to motivate warehouse associates, train, complete paperwork processes and multi-task. WMS or similar distribution systems experience required. Good benefits and opportunity for advancement.
