Established company of 78 years seeking a professional warehouse distribution manager to oversee 40m+ square foot facility that operates 2 shifts running from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.. Responsibilites include fleet management of 8 trucks (2 cdl a, 4 cdl b, and 2 non cdl), overseeing 20-25 employee, and 2 shift supervisors. Candidate must also be capable of developing and implementing a safety and discipline program directed at creating and maintaining a highly efficient distribution facility. We are looking for a highly organized, task focused professional that not only knows what success looks like but also knows how to get there!
