REFERENCE: FWI922924POSITION DESCRIPTION:This position supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with picking product and preparing it for same day shipping, both nationally and internationally via appropriate carrier. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Determine work procedures; review and standardize procedures; ensure/ improve workforce efficiency and standardize workflow.

Assign duties and examine work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures.

Ensure inventory accuracy and correct shipment of orders.

Issue clear written and oral instructions; assist employees with work process questions or problems.

Confer/collaborate with other Coordinators in the distribution center to ensure coordination of other warehouse activities.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR PREREQUISITES:

Minimum qualification of high school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree (AS) preferred; minimum of 1-3 years related warehouse and distribution experience and/or training in the field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Knowledge of RF scanning and computer skills with Word, Excel and AS400 experience desirable.

Skilled at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others.

Ability to work within and maintain an effective team environment.

Organized, with excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to work in a cold environment, 40 degrees F, intermittently throughout the workday.
