WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS MANAGER

Immediate opening for a dynamic manager to lead and direct in house operation. The position is responsible for the following:

Managing day-to-day warehouse operations to include receiving, shipping, processing, and inventory control.

Contract negotiations with shipping firms.

Full accountability and budget responsibility.

Recruiting, training and motivation of staff.

Direct customer involvement to developing and deliver unique customer solutions.

Heavy emphasis on excellent quality and service.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, logistics or equivalent required. 5+ years progressively challenging managerial experience in a customer service oriented, packaging, production and logistics environment. Experience in Microsoft Word, Great Plains, Excel and/or Access. Excellent communication, problem solving, motivation, and leadership skills.
