Vendor Service Analyst II

Overview:
Federated Logistics and Operations a division of Federated Department Stores, Inc. (Macy's, Bloomingdales) has a great opportunity for a Vendor Service Analyst II position in the Cincinnati, Ohio Accounts Payable department. Key Accountabilities:
Research and resolve vendor correspondence and / or invoice issues.
Communicate with divisions and internal AP departments to resolve issues.
Ensure quality customer service through effective communication and follow up skills.
Assist in the preparation for vendor meetings / conference calls with other areas of FLO, divisions and vendor community.
Coordinate multiple task and prioritize workload to manage day-to-day operations. Produce, develop and maintain reporting as needed.
Any other functions deemed necessary by management.


Skill Summary
Excellent customer service skills.
Working system knowledge of: Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes.
Solid verbal and written communication skills. Effectively answer and resolve vendor issues. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
