Project Manager - Development and Training

Estes Express Lines is seeking a Project Manager in our growing Corporate Communications department. Position includes creating and distributing training material, especially video scripts using a variety of tools, media and processes.

Position summation consist of however not limited to:
Writes video scriptsWrites printed training materialDesigns printed training materialsAssists with video shootsDistributes training materialsMay require occasional longer hours and/or limited travelOther duties and responsibilities as assignedExperience Required:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsWorking knowledge of page layoutAbility to write and design effective training materials, especially video scriptsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to analyze data for development of training materialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh School diploma required; Bachelor's degree desiredProficiency in AS/400, Lotus Notes, Adobe Workshop, Illustrator, PageMaker and/or InDesign and Final Cut Pro desiredAbility and desire to learn additional software skills desiredAbility to fill any role in video production desiredExperience in statistical analysis desiredKnowledge of the trucking/transportation industry desired
