This position is responsible for maintaining the profit and loss responsibilities of the terminal, which include dock operations, P&D operations, sales operations and clerical support. This position provides positive customer and inter-terminal relationships, and oversees revenue, profit and cost controls. This ideal candidate must have excellent management and proven leadership skills. Candidate is required to have a minimum or 3 years LTL experience and 18 months experience as a terminal manager. Prefer at least 2 years of LTL freight management with 4 or more years sales experience. A college degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
