REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Substantial mechanical/technical aptitude and ability.
Strong interpersonal effectiveness and leadership skills. High level of personal motivation and initiative.
Good decision making and communication skills. Ability to work effectively and proficiently with minimal supervision. Ability to achieve and maintain position certification requirements.DUTIES: Demonstrate the ability to understand the working of moderate to highly complex equipment and technology. Be able to perform moderate to highly complex equipment maintenance and trouble-shooting tasks involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC operated equipment.
Accept shared responsibility for overall production and packaging line performance and improvement.
Responsible to take the lead in learning to operate and maintain new equipment.
Responsible in assisting the Unit Leader, or be his/her designate, to make timely, effective operational decisions.
Become knowledgeable and comply with Company policies and procedures, GMP’s and departmental safety, quality and operational procedures.
All other duties as assigned.
