1 Data Entry Assistant for Accounting Dept.

This position is with a privately owned and operated for over sixty-five years. During the past twenty years, the company has grown from a single location in San Francisco to 11 locations throughout Northern California. It has the largest inventory of plumbing and mechanical products in the Bay Area. This is a temp to hire!

-Must be detailed orientated. Must be able to type more than 8,000kph. Help input billing and invoicing information. Great entry level positon!


1 Accounting- Oakland (17+, depending on experience)

This position is with a coeducational, independent day school serving grades nine through twelve. It offers a rigorous academic program for young people who are potential candidates for four-year colleges and universities. The school's purpose is to prepare students for productive, ethical lives in college and beyond through a challenging and stimulating education in an atmosphere of consideration, trust, and mutual responsibility.

We are looking for someone very strong in A/P and A/R. This person needs to be GREAT at Excel (fundware a plus). You must be detailed!! This position is working in the school district.

1 Accounts Payable (A/P) -Hayward ($ 13.00-15.00)

This position is with a privately owned and operated for over sixty-five years. During the past twenty years, the company has grown from a single location in San Francisco to 11 locations throughout Northern California. It has the largest inventory of plumbing and mechanical products in the Bay Area. This is a temp to hire! We are looking for someone that has great follow through skills, detailed, reliable and accounting background a plus!

With this position you will be processing around 100 invoices a day (in wholesale industry a plus).

1 Accounts Payable (A/P) - Hayward ($ 30K -35K)

There is a bilingual A/P position in Hayward. This one is a Temp perm position.

1 Staff Accounting I - Foster City (40K +, depending on experience)
