JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience within the consumer manufacturing industry. A proven track record in documentation for all logistics operations, inventory control, procedure, task delegation and employee development. Must be an excellent problem solver with abilities to communicate to senior management as well as motivate team members to meet departmental objectives and organizational skills. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish is required.
This position reports directly to the Receiving Manager.

Supervisor, Receiving
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Safety - Ensure all safety standards are met and followed to the fullest. Must be alert at all times and use best common judgement.Housekeeping - Ensures the warehouse is maintained clean and litter free at all times, i.e., sweeping, mopping the floor is mandatory as part of housekeeping.Security - Ensures the warehouse is secure at all times, i.e., checking all access doors and make sure it is closed at all times. Question, control and report people who do not belong to the warehouse.Warehouse organization - Ensures all ingredients are properly organized and rotated applying first in first out method (FIFO). Also to makes sure all open ingredients are taped off and open date applied.Product Requisition - Ensures all outgoing ingredients are documented prior to leaving the warehouse and that all returned ingredients are documented as well.Inventory - Ensures all inventories are counted precisely and reports any discrepancies to the manager and buyer immediately.
