Function: Operations (Beef, Poultry, Pork, etc.)Pay Type: ExemptPosition Number: 90141750 Supv LoadoutEmployee Type: Full Time Shift AJob Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for coordinating the shipping, receiving of cross dock and warehousing of all products to ensure timely deliveries and quality products for Tyson customers. This includes completing all paperwork associated with payroll, new hires, vacation, etc., scheduling of Team Member work loads, administering policies and guidelines and ensuring sops are being followed which are established by OSHA and Tyson Foods; working with sales personnel to ensure proper shipment; coordinating with our drivers and other trucking companies to ensure proper delivery dates, ensuring safety procedures are being implemented and upheld, conducting crew and shift meetings to communicate goals and expectations; and the ability to meet daily load goals while not sacrificing the quality of the product being shipped.REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.Experience: Knowledge of loading operations, techniques, and procedures; prior supervisory experience (preferred); knowledge of McHugh Warehouse Systems; OSHA regulations; and general knowledge of product yields and quality a plus.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate orally and wrritten with all levels.POSITION REPORTS TO: General Loadout Supervisor
