Receptionist needed for a construction defects consulting firm in Lake Forest, CA.

**Temporary to Hire opportunity paying up to $12/hr., depending on experience**

If full time, this person would be entitled to benefits as well including medical, dental, 401K plan, vacation and sick time. This position is also possible to be part-time for the right person in order to work with their schedule. Dress is business casual although no shorts or flip flops are allowed.

Responsibilities:
-Individual would be responsible for handling light phones for this 12 person office.
-Individual would also be responsible for overseeing the corporate calendar and updating it with client information. This part of the position is extremely important to pay careful attention to so that people aren't showing up at the wrong place or at the wrong time.
-Individual will also handle travel arrangements for the president of the company. REQUIREMENTS
-At least 1 year of Office Clerical and/or Receptionist experience
-Basic MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-Detail oriented
-Good communication and phone skills
