This position provides an excellent opportunity for a highly qualified individual to make an immediate impact. Driving
sales, meeting aggressive goals, working with and motivating reps while interfacing with high level decision makers will challenge your expertise.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelors degree (technical preferred) and 3 or more years of sales experience with electrical products sold through electrical distributors
•A proven ability to successful managing and motivate reps.
•Experience working with distributors and contractors
•Proven experience identifying and developing new business opportunities that translate to significant sales growth
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills
•The flexibility and interest in traveling 65% or more
