Directs the work of developing professionals, or specialty, skilled or entry-level non-exempt staff.



Performs activities related to the receiving, storing, and/or shipping of materials or finished goods. Ensures correct quality and quantity of materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner. Ensures material movement is coordinated with inventory and materials are available to meet production schedules and/or products are shipped on schedule.

1. Position requires a college degree and/or relevant exp totaling 7 yrs post-high school.

2. Previous supervisory experience in applicable environment strongly preferred.

3. Prior experience in a distribution/warehouse or applicable area

4. Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills required.

5. Able to operate forklift and lift up to 110lbs desired. Basic PC skills required.

Preferred:

6. Controls all distribution shipping errors, inquiries, receiving invoices and hazardous material to maintain the high expectation standards set by our customers. This position is accountable for the resolution of inventory shipping/receiving errors.

7. Ensures that the distribution center layout provides maximum utilization of storage and efficient pattern of all distribution functions.
