Route Sales Representative

Arrowhead Water, a division of Nestle Waters North America (NWNA), has opportunities for people with exceptional customer service, delivery sales, and teamwork abilities to work in the greater San Fernando Valley, Chatworth and Ventura area.

This position is our initial contact to our customers. Essential work activities are to effectively execute the delivery and sales of our products to our commercial and residential customers. The Route Sales Representative (RSR) requires a fundamental commitment to providing exceptional service to all of our customers to insure our customer retention.

To join our exceptional team, you must meet several requirements. You must be 21 years or older, have a High School diploma, or the equivalent (GED), have the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds 200 times a day, and a valid drivers license/CDL without any previous DUI or DWI convictions. A strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a sincere desire to continuously learn are a must.
Prior sales and delivery experience are preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or GED
· 21 years of age or older
· 2 years customer service and/or sales experience
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· A willingness and desire to learn continuously
· Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
· Ability to obtain a valid CDL Class B license with air brake endorsement
· No more than one accident or moving violation in the past 3 years
· No DUI/DWI convictions
· Ability to work in a team environment
