A NWNA Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for creating customer loyalty by providing consistent bottled water delivery, outstanding customer service, and offering additional products. Essential Work Activities: Performance of physical tasks and use of CDL Class B vehicles (Do not require a CDL license for application purposes), for bottled water delivery to multiple, scheduled customers within a defined area; selling and leveraging relationships (for activities like selling products or services, routinely contacting customers for confirming deliveries, or presenting ideas and issues to co-workers, and leaders).

REQUIREMENTS
Success Criteria: In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, successful RSR’s have demonstrated: firm commitment to personal values; a strong work ethic; desired prior sales and delivery experience; good organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and a sincere willingness and desire to learn continuously. Ability to lift and carry products weighing approximately 50 lbs, 200 times per day; valid driver’s license, with no DUI convictions; being 21 years of age or older, and employment is contingent on successfully completing a background and drug screen.
