Return Items Unit Specialist I

Hours/Schedule: Rotating: 8 - 5 & 7:30 - 4 (1/2 hr lunch)Description: Performs the least complex maintenance of overdraft and return items processing records accurately and efficiently. Performs the least complex on line posting and reconciliation of overdrafts and return items transactions accurately.Provides quality assistance to clients, account officers, and other service representatives regarding the least complex problems or requests related to overdraft and return items processing. Coordinates the distribution of overdraft and return items notices handling the least complex problems accurately and efficiently.Learns how to consistently recognize opportunities to build business, improve quality, or cut costs. Learns how to continuously look for ways to improve self, others, the organization, or cut costs while consistenly balancing service quality. Provides feedback on the design and improvement of the least complex services and products for the Return Items unit.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent experience acceptable. Zero to three years of banking experience with emphasis in Indirect Client Services and/or Deposit Operations.Demonstrates a basic level of proficiency in the use of Personal Computers and software packages.Ability to interact with others at various levels of the organization. Effective human relation skills. Good verbal communication skills. Consistently is flexible, agile and promote change.
