REQUIREMENTS
23 years of age
CDL Class A with Hazmat Endorsement or willing to take Hazmat test w/in 1st week
12 months OTR experience
No more than one moving violation or preventable accidents in past 12 months
No serious traffic violations in past 36 months
No DUI/DWI convictions/pending charges in past 5 years
No positive drug/alcohol results
No felony, misdemeanor convictions or pending charges
Good and verifiable work history
Successfully complete Company performed DOT road test
Drug/alcohol screen
DOT physical
